Things and OmniFocus are full task managers — great if you already know what you're doing with each item. Tiny Inbox is the messy capture-and-triage step before that. Many users keep both.

  • No. Tiny Inbox is a web app today; you need a connection to capture or triage. A native mobile app with offline capture is something we're considering for a future version.

  • Discord and GitHub today. Google sign-in is built and waiting on Google's verification review (a 2-4 week back-and-forth on the OAuth scope justifications) before we can flip it on for everyone.
